Please join us for our Live @ Library event for 2018 with the author of "The Kookaburra Creek Cafe", Sandie Docker.
Gorgeous local author and mum, Sandie Docker will speak about her path to being published – the ups the downs and the funny moments in between.
Sandie has recently signed with one of the largest publishing houses – Penguin Random House for a 3-book deal. Her first novel, ‘The Kookaburra Creek Café’ is currently in the bookshops and selling fast.
Copies of her book will be available for purchase on the night through Beachside Bookshop, and Sandie will be available for signings and a casual chat.
The event is designed to coincide with our book fair and literary week. Book sales from the night will go towards supporting the Pittwater House library
The event will be ticketed and is strictly child free, please arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm event start. Please note that the library is on level 3, with 2 fights of stairs.
