FOR SALE: From the creator of the viral blog sensation TerribleRealEstateAgentPhotos.com,
a book of the most baffling property photographs ever taken. With over 100 previously unpublished photos, early viewing is STRONGLY recommended.

The mantra 'location, location, location' often concerns buying a house, but some estate agents would do well to apply it to their photography. Should one, for instance, locate the camera in front of a fossilised garden chair? An overflowing ash tray? An elderly relative hustling out of shot? Has thought been spared for the location of that dirty underwear? Those psychedelic curtains?
Out of touch with realty, less Rankin and more plain rank, some of the worst offenders should perhaps consider relocating to another industry. Luckily for us, they haven't yet.
The mystifying property photographs gathered here are an endless source of confusion, confusion, confusion, frustration, frustration, frustration and, perversely, satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction.

Praise for Terrible Estate Agent Photos

“[Has] the obvious advantage of being actually funny and wins hands-down the toilet book captions-of-the-year competition”

Guardian

“A hilarious collection of ineptitude [...] This book begins as a laugh and ends as something terrifying”

Roger Lewis, Daily Mail

“A must for everyone – whether you are associated with the property industry or not”

Liz Langton-Way, UK Press Syndication

“The title more or less explains it – although the captions are great too”

Readerâ??s Digest

“A perfect gift, this book will have you laughing, wincing and sharing with your friends”

Western Morning News

“A hilarious collection of ineptitude demonstrating a lack of any attention to details that would no doubt get on the Turner Prize shortlist”

Roger Lewis, Daily Mail

“Three cheers for Terrible Estate Agent Photos. They remind us all how life really is, rather than how the real-estate profession wants it to be. Indeed, I can thoroughly recommend it as an ideal book for the bathroom”

Michael Simkins, Sunday Telegraph

“The volume reproduces some of the most inept and toe-curling images from the millions taken each day as part of people’s attempts to sell their properties – and the results are as hilarious as they are bewildering”
