Jeffrey Wasserstrom

Jeffrey Wasserstrom is a China scholar and commentator, and currently serves as Chancellor's Professor of History at the University of California, Irvine. He has written numerous books on China including China in the 21st Century: What Everyone Needs to Know. He is the editor of the Journal of Asian Studies, the advising editor for China at the Los Angeles Review of Books and contributes regularly to publications including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and Time magazine.
