Welcome to our new look Penguin Catalogue for 2009.
As part of our ‘new look’ we have combined our overseas and local lists rather than place them in separate sections. We hope you will find this easier to navigate.

You will also find a complete listing of our websites that are relevant to teachers and information about resources that will be useful for you throughout the year.

The catalogue is in Adobe pdf format for easy printing or screen viewing and can be accessed via sections.

In 2007, we launched our 'ready to go' units of work for the secondary classroom. Your response has been so overwhelmingly positive that we’re happy to bring you another eight units this year, bringing our total to twenty-four. The Novel Ideas CD will provide you with units to accompany twenty-four diverse titles. With a range of reading levels, cultures, eras in history, themes and genres, there is a great book to suit every type of classroom and student.

The units are written by renowned children’s book specialists and educationalists Dr Pam Macintyre and Dr Susan La Marca and will provide you with fun and interesting ways in which to engage your students through contemporary literature.
