Author: Maggie Hamilton

There are so many delicious nuances concealed in each moment – even in those moments that seem less than inviting. When we make the effort to open our eyes, take a deep breath and allow some space between our thoughts, the many wonderful possibilities and experiences life offers will start to become apparent. Then we will feel energised, more able to reach out to others, more optimistic. What is there in this moment that almost escaped your attention?
As each moment passes,
gather up all the joy it contains,
so it can warm all your tomorrows.
Often we spend whole chapters of our life waiting for someone or something to magically transform the circumstances we are in. When we realise that every moment and every situation has a purpose, even those that make us anxious or throw us off-course, we realise the importance of actively working towards making our life what we most want it to be. We can start by seeking out people and situations that resonate with what we are trying to achieve. Then, having taken the first steps, additional people and resources will start to appear in our life, inspiring us to travel still further.
Our first step on our incredible journey is to allow the adventure of life to begin.
