CHANCES ARE YOU'VE PICKED UP THIS BOOK because you're sick to death of lugging around those extra kilos and you want to look and feel better. Knowledge is power, and that's what this book will give you in spades. For the next month you are going to take 100 per cent, total responsibility for what you do or don't put in your mouth, and for the consistency, intensity and content of your training. No blame, no victim mentality. Just do it.
