Stone, who has written or ghostwritten more than thirty books and numerous magazine articles, lives in New York and follows a plant-based diet.
A graduate of Stanford and Harvard, Stone is a former Peace Corps volunteer, screenwriter, television producer, and journalist as well as editor for such companies as the Los Angeles Times, Esquire and Simon & Schuster.
