Donna Aston grew up in Melbourne, Australia. Fifteen years ago, 20 kg over her present weight, Donna began researching what have become her lifelong passions: health and nutrition. Five years later, she put her knowledge into practice, transforming her body through exercise and diet and going on to represent Australia in numerous international body-shaping competitions. While training and advising clients in Geneva, Switzerland, Donna met her British husband, and she and Adrian now spend much of their time living in Europe. In her personal-training business, Donna has gained a reputation of achieving outstanding results with hundreds of clients, ranging from the 'girl next door' to Australian celebrities.
