Andrea Blake

• Primary Teacher with 10 years experience

• Taught in Ministry of Education and Private/Independent Schools in Victoria and NSW

• Taught all Grade levels in a variety of settings (rural, metropolitan, co-ed, Girls)

• Qualifications include a Masters of Education, B.Ed and Dip.Ed

• Special interest in Childrens’ Literature and the Development of Language & Literacy

• Has developed and implemented a range of special Reading programs in her own classroom, within schools in which she has worked and for use in tutoring individual children with special needs

• Has worked on previous projects designing Teacher Resource Materials (also found on the Penguin website & including Classroom activities for "Wicked!")

Annie Woollard

Annie Woollard has had ten years experience teaching Primary school children, in particular Grade three, four, five and six.

She has taught in both the state and private education systems and has always had a love of children's literature, since completing a Bachelor of Education Degree with a major in English.
